Every year, there is one event I look forward to more than any other: the Resistance Exercise Conference (REC). REC is designed to develop you into the exercise authority. You get to connect with your HIT / evidence-based tribe, learn from scientists, practitioners and operators, and figure out how to make your HIT business more profitable and successful.
Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, REC, like many events, had to be postponed. But in true REC style, the team put together an incredible 3-hour interactive webinar. The webinar consisted of fantastic speakers and a Q&A to give timely evidence-based solutions on slow-paced breathing, stress management, and exercise, as well as powerful business strategies to help you prevail.
